Planning an outdoor wedding? Looking for a place to host a family gathering? We have you covered! Papa’s property has 40 acres of beautiful open landscape with a large lake located right off of the “back roads”. The cabin serves as a large, cozy space for wedding day prep, and an optional overnight stay sleeping 6+ guests.

We have a large open-air venue (that’s “fancy talk” for a lean-to shed) to cover you in case of rain, outdoor heaters for those chilly nights and enough space, tables and chairs to seat 100+ people! If you are looking for a rustic, quiet, all natural setting then Papa’s is the place to be!

There are so many potential possibilities here at Papa’s Cabin and we are excited to always be adding things to improve upon it’s natural beauty!

Whitetail Wedding Package $2,500 includes:

• Use of outside spaces/venue from Friday – Sunday for set up, rehearsal and clean up
• Cabin use for bridal party & invited guests for 6 hours on morning of wedding day
• 72” white round tables (10)
• 8′ rectangle tables (10)
• White folding chairs (100)
• On-site restroom
• $500.00 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking to secure date

Optional Add-on’s

• Same weekend rehearsal dinner – $150.00
• Cabin rental – $175.00/night
• Cabin Kitchen (if needed in addition to the 6 hours included in package) – $20/hour
• Metal brown folding chairs (60) – $1.00/each

• White 10’x30′ tent with sidewalls (1) – $100.00
• Propane outdoor heaters with propane (4) – $50.00/each

Weekday Wedding $500 Includes:

• Monday – Thursday only
• 5 hours: Not to exceed 10pm
• The Happy Couple and up to 50 guests
• Set-up of tables & chairs provided
• $250.00 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking to secure date
• 1 week notice required

Sample Timeline:

• 5pm – Arrival/prepare
• 5:30pm – Lakeside Ceremony
• 5:45pm – Photos/Guests Cocktail Hour
• 6:30pm – Dinner at Venue
• 7:15pm – Cake cutting/desert
• 7:30pm – First dance followed by celebration/mingle
• 9:30pm – clean up
• 10pm – exit

• Buffet style catered dinner includes entree, side salad, 1 entree, 2 sides, rolls

• $150.00 – Simple single tier wedding cake and 3 dozen cupcakes
• All add-on purchases must be paid in full at time of booking and are only refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to your booking date.
